Jobot is seeking an Associate in Transaction Advisory Services - Financial Due Diligence to join our team in the United States. You will perform M&A financial due diligence related to the purchase and sale of private and public companies, across industries, using data analytics tools.

Qualifications include a undergraduate degree, 3+ years in financial due diligence (or a mix with audit including at least 2 years), familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx, strong US GAAP knowledge and pursuing CPA.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, which must include at least 2 years of financial due diligence)
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (but not required)
• Strong current knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues
• CPA (or at minimum, must be pursuing a CPA)
