Leoforce is seeking an Associate in Transaction Advisory Services in Boston. The role requires 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or 2+ years with audit exposure) and familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and purchase accounting is expected. CPA or active pursuit is required.

The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 per year with potential discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits in a collaborative advisory environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or 2+ years with audit background including financial due diligence)
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues
• CPA (or at minimum, must be pursuing a CPA)
