Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Associate for Transaction Advisory Services focused on financial due diligence as part of our M&A practice. You will support private equity and corporate clients, performing diligence on financial statements, working with cross-functional teams on risk assessment, purchase accounting, and integration considerations.

The role offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, which must include at least 2 years of financial due diligence)
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (but not required)
• Strong current knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues
• CPA (or at minimum, must be pursuing a CPA)
