Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Vice President for Transaction Advisory Services focused on Financial Due Diligence. Based in Atlanta, GA, you will lead complex due diligence with private equity and corporate clients, guiding IT and financial analysis during M&A transactions and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, which must include at least 4 years of financial due diligence).
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred.
• Strong current knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues.
• CPA (or at minimum, must be pursuing a CPA).
