Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications M&A Delivery Lead to coordinate delivery across the acquisition portfolio, owning delivery commitments, system PM capacity, sequencing, readiness, and delivery recovery. The role sits between Acquisition Integration Leads, system PMs, application owners, and the broader delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise application programs across multiple acquisitions.
• Knowledge of HR tech platforms and ERP systems.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and driving to committed dates.
• Strong data migration, integration, and testing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise application delivery across the M&A portfolio.
• Define ownership, capacity, sequencing, and readiness.
• Partner with Acquisition Integration Leads, system PMs, and vendors.
• Ensure production readiness and transition to steady-state support.
