Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive M&A integration, unify engineering processes, and strengthen source code security across new and existing units. You will optimize CI/CD toolchains across AWS, Azure, and GCP, standardize pipelines, and partner with global teams to deliver scalable, secure developer experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or build/release automation.
• Experience with enterprise CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Scripting with Python or shell; REST API integration experience.
• Strong Git workflows and code governance; security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A toolchain integration and migration across SCM/CI/CD.
• Unify multi-cloud build, test, and deployment infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize practices.
• Design automation and REST integrations to reduce manual work.
• Promote DevSecOps practices: code scanning, access controls, compliance.
• Create technical docs, runbooks, and self-service guides.
