Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management for Acquisitions & Divestitures Cybersecurity, Pre-Close. You will lead deal-level cybersecurity due diligence across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, licensing arrangements, minority investments, and strategic partnerships.

You will translate technical findings into business decisions, partner with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Corporate Development, and help define Day 1 security priorities and post-close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, and M&A transaction support.

Responsibilities

• Deal Lead for Pre-Close Cybersecurity Due Diligence: primary ISRM A&D cybersecurity lead for transactions.
• Technical Risk Assessment & Analysis across security domains to identify material risks and gaps.
• Diligence Execution & Evidence Review: manage questionnaires, meetings, and evidence consolidation.
• Transaction Risk Decision Support: translate findings into business-focused recommendations.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Escalation: align with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Corporate Development.
• Pre-Close Readiness & Handoff: craft Day 1 objectives and post-close handoff materials.
• Process, Playbook & Reporting Improvement: contribute to diligence templates and dashboards.
• Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: mentor analysts and cross-functional contributors.
