You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services to align security needs with business goals and drive post-close risk management and program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline as listed.
• Advanced degree preferred for strategic and leadership roles.
• Extensive cybersecurity due diligence and M&A experience.
• Strong communication of risk to technical and business audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead deal-level cybersecurity due diligence for transactions.
• Translate diligence findings into risk-informed recommendations.
• Evaluate target environments for security architecture and controls.
• Coordinate evidence collection and documentation for deal teams.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance and IT.
• Develop and improve diligence playbooks, questionnaires, and risk scoring.
