Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information security, CS, engineering, IS, business or related field.
• MBA or MS preferred.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management or related fields.
• Experience leading or supporting cybersecurity due diligence for M&A/divestitures.
• Strong knowledge of security architectures, cloud/infrastructure, data protection and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ISRM A&D cybersecurity lead for assigned transactions.
• Evaluate target environments for security architecture, IAM, cloud, network and data protection.
• Lead diligence evidence review and consolidate findings into risk conclusions.
• Translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations and Day 1 priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on risk and closing conditions.
• Deliver structured Day 1 objectives and handoff materials for post-close integration.
