Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Information Security Risk Management for acquisitions and divestitures. This role drives cybersecurity diligence, analyzes risk, and defines practical remediation before close.

You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, and Finance to align security requirements with deal timelines. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or M&A due diligence, with a strong technical background in security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business.
8+ years of progressive cybersecurity, risk management, or M&A due diligence experience.
Experience leading or supporting cybersecurity diligence in time-sensitive deals.

Responsibilities

Lead deal-level cybersecurity due diligence across transactions.
Translate diligence evidence into risk insights and practical mitigations.
Coordinate timelines, evidence needs, and documentation for deal teams.
Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Transaction teams on security priorities.
