Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) for Acquisitions & Divestitures. You will lead cybersecurity due diligence for M&A deals, translate findings into risk insights, and define practical mitigation strategies before close.

You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Technology Services, and deal teams to ensure Day 1 security priorities are understood and documented for post-close execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, or related areas.
• Experience leading or supporting cybersecurity due diligence in M&A or complex transactions.
• Strong knowledge of security architectures, cloud/infrastructure security, and third-party risk.

Responsibilities

• Deal Lead for Pre-Close Cybersecurity Due Diligence and cross-functional coordination.
• Evaluate target environments and identify material risks and remediation needs.
• Translate technical findings into business-focused risk recommendations and Day 1 priorities.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance and other stakeholders for risk alignment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field

Advanced degree preferred (MBA/MS)
