Job summary

You will lead cybersecurity due diligence for deals, assess risk across architecture, identity, cloud, and data protection, and translate findings into strategic risk recommendations for deal teams.

The role partners with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services to ensure Day 1 security readiness and post‑close actions are clearly defined

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, Engineering, IS, Business or related.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close cybersecurity due diligence for transactions.
• Evaluate target environments for risk, gaps, and regulatory concerns.
• Translate findings into actionable risk recommendations for deal teams.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Tech Services.
• Develop Day 1 security priorities and handoff materials.
