Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager of Information Security Risk Management for Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) Cybersecurity, Pre-Close. You will lead deal-level security due diligence, translate findings into risk insights, and guide decisions before close.

Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and IT to ensure Day 1 security priorities are documented, with clear risk mitigation plans and post-close handoff requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology delivery, security architecture, M&A transaction support, due diligence, integration or separation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal-level cybersecurity assessments across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, licensing arrangements, minority investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Translate diligence evidence into clear risk insights and practical mitigation recommendations.
• Identify material technical and regulatory concerns and support risk-informed transaction decisions before close.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Technology Services, ISRM capability and policy owners, and deal teams to ensure risks and Day 1 priorities are understood and documented.
• Translate diligence findings into structured Day 1 objectives, minimum security expectations, TSA considerations, and post-close handoff requirements.
