Job summary

Lindblad Expeditions seeks a Director of Corporate Development & M&A to partner with the SVP to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute acquisitions and strategic initiatives across the travel/expansive hospitality space.

You will lead end-to-end M&A processes, build acquisition strategy, manage relationships with target companies and advisors, and advise executives on strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, or related M&A.
• Experience leading acquisitions from sourcing through closing, including valuation and integration planning.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and capital allocation.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional transaction teams and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions from sourcing through closing, including valuation, due diligence, structuring, and integration planning.
• Direct cross-functional diligence teams with external advisors (bankers, legal, tax, accounting).
• Develop sophisticated financial models and investment analyses for decision making.
• Present opportunities and analyses to executive leadership and boards.
