Job summary

Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Manager of Revenue & Inventory Management to optimize revenue and occupancy across our global fleet and land operations. You will lead pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies in alignment with corporate goals.

You will oversee analytics, build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and mentor analysts while ensuring compliant pricing across channels and markets in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/analytics.
• 5+ years in revenue management, pricing, inventory, or analytics.
• Experience developing and executing pricing and inventory strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with dashboards or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Revenue Management operations, guiding pricing, inventory, and promotions across ship inventory, extensions, flights, and hotel nights.
• Monitor booking trends, market conditions and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Own creation and maintenance of dashboards and models based on RM metrics.
• Track capture rate, price, and profitability across voyages and related offerings.
• Balance short- and long-term tactics with brand value and guest experience.
