Lindblad Expeditions, LLC is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team to translate strategy into execution, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and improve organizational effectiveness.

The role demands strategic thinking, operational rigor, executive presence, and the ability to move from ambiguity to action while driving measurable outcomes. Hybrid work is available in Seattle/NYC with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or similar.
• Experience partnering directly with C‑suite executives on enterprise‑level strategy or initiatives.
• Ability to drive ambiguous problems from analysis to execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive‑level storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO and ELT as a trusted advisor on opportunities, questions, and decisions.
• Translate annual priorities into enterprise objectives, ownership, milestones, and measures.
• Build the enterprise operating cadence for consistent execution across the organization.
• Lead Board materials development and CEO communications.
• Partner with ELT to shape culture, governance, and leadership effectiveness.
• Interface with senior stakeholders and represent the Office of the CEO.
