Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, corporate finance, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling and analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Support compensation workstreams during M&A transactions, including due diligence and integrations.
• Evaluate target companies’ compensation philosophy and structure to identify gaps, compliance risks, and remediation needs.
• Develop compensation diligence summaries and financial impact assessments for leadership.
• Partner with People M&A, Legal, and Finance to align diligence findings with deal strategy.
