Job summary

Uber seeks a Senior Program Manager, M&A to lead a portfolio of complex People workstreams across global transactions. You will define success metrics, navigate multiple jurisdictions, and influence senior leaders to drive scalable, world-class employee experiences.

You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and IT to harmonize processes, data, and systems, ensuring tight governance and risk mitigation across deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in large-scale program management.
• 7+ years leading complex, multi-functional programs with ambiguity and fast decision cycles.
• Deep M&A People/HR domain expertise including due diligence, organizational design, change management, and post-close integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of concurrent, high-stakes M&A transactions with end-to-end People workstreams.
• Spearhead resolution of highly ambiguous integration challenges, including compensation harmonization, labor negotiations, HRIS data migration, and mobility.
• Drive rigorous due diligence, synthesizing legal, HR, and culture data into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and risk mitigation.
• Develop robust cross-functional partnerships with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and IT/Systems for seamless data and integration.
