Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale program management, consulting, or strategic operations.
• 7+ years leading complex, multi-functional programs with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of concurrent, high-stakes M&A transactions across global frameworks.
• Resolve integration challenges including compensation harmonization and labor strategy.
• Drive due diligence processes and synthesize data into recommendations.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and IT/Systems.
