Qualifications

• Must have a J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive M&A and complex corporate transactions experience.
• Experience advising on complex M&A and corporate finance matters, including private equity transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions.
• Manage all phases of M&A transactions: structuring, diligence, drafting, negotiation, closing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documents.
• Lead and coordinate legal due diligence efforts with junior attorneys.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and external advisors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.
