A leading global law firm is seeking talented M&A Associates with 3 6 years of experience to join its growing Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated and high-value transactions while advising major public and private companies, asset managers, and financial institutions. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced corporate attorneys and play an important role in complex domestic and cross-border M&A matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex M&A transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
  • Conduct legal and transactional due diligence.
  • Analyze corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues arising in connection with M&A transactions.
  • Work closely with clients, senior attorneys, specialists, and transaction professionals.
  • Assist with transaction strategy and provide practical legal solutions to complex issues.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal analysis and memoranda.
  • Manage multiple transactions, assignments, and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across corporate and other practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of legal drafting, analytical work, and client service.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 6 years of legal experience with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience working on sophisticated corporate and M&A transactions.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
