Job summary

Page Executive seeks a senior M&A Associate to lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, JVs, and strategic combinations. The role is client-facing, drafting and negotiating documents, and coordinating with deal teams and clients.

The successful candidate will have a JD, strong M&A knowledge in professional services, and proven drafting and due diligence experience.

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school and strong knowledge of M&A in professional services.
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills for legal documents.
  • Experience in due diligence and managing corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents related to M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support structuring and execution of complex corporate transactions.
  • Analyze legal risks and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Conduct legal research to support transaction decisions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate transaction processes.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting M&A activities.

Description

  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and contract negotiation.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions in the professional services industry.
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills for legal documents.
  • Experience in conducting due diligence and managing corporate transactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
