About the Role

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Corporate Practice Group. The associate will work on sophisticated M&A and general corporate transactions representing public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate transactions
• Lead due diligence teams and coordinate specialist workstreams
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements
• Advise clients on general corporate and commercial matters
• Manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar admission or eligibility in the applicable jurisdiction
• 3–6 years of corporate law experience

• Experience leading due diligence teams and coordinating specialists
• Excellent drafting, analytical, writing, and communication skills

Work Arrangement

Hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Compensation

$180,000–$315,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and office location, plus productivity and discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
