Who You Are

• You bring 3–5 years of significant experience in M&A and complex strategic transactions.
• You possess a deep understanding of corporate issues related to acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.
• You can distill complex legal matters into concise, actionable advice for high-level stakeholders.
• You have a strong work ethic, outstanding research skills, and a proactive interest in taking on increased leadership roles.
• You are admitted to the State Bar in your practicing jurisdiction or are eligible to waive in.
