Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Accounting in the US. You will guide technical accounting for business combinations, impairment analyses, and post‑acquisition activities while aligning with evolving standards.

This role reports to the Corporate Controller and draws on cross‑functional partnerships across Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, and operating companies. Based in Waltham, MA with a hybrid work model, remote candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience with ASC 805 and purchase price allocations preferred.
• Knowledge of impairment testing under ASC 350/360 and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Development and finance teams on acquisitions and post‑acquisition accounting.
• Lead purchase price allocations and evaluate fair value of new investments.
• Coordinate with external auditors on opening balance sheets and SEC disclosures.
