Job summary

Veralto is seeking a skilled intercompany accountant to join our corporate controllership team in a hybrid role based near Waltham, MA. You will manage intercompany transactions, consolidate reporting, and support tax and treasury activities while leveraging Oracle and OneStream for accurate close processes.

You will collaborate across Tax, Treasury, and Controllership to deliver timely insights and ensure SOX compliance, with guidance from senior finance leaders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA or other certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with intercompany accounting fundamentals and processes.
• Understanding of tax planning and treasury accounting preferred.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic accounting initiatives for intercompany and tax-related activities across entities.
• Coordinate allocations, invoices, and reconciliations of centralized corporate costs.
• Collaborate with Tax and Treasury on funding and capital contributions.
• Administer corporate accounting systems (Oracle, OneStream, etc.).
• Prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages (Actuals and Forecast).
• Engage in global finance projects to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Support SOX controls and, as required, post-acquisition integration activities.
• Provide financial and business analytics support to cross-functional partners.
