Job summary

Vero Networks is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and financial integration of newly acquired businesses while supporting the continued development of our finance organization.

This role combines technical accounting, mergers and acquisitions, financial systems, and operational leadership into one highly visible role. The position requires travel to acquired locations; ERP improvements and scalable processes are key priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and financial integrations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 805.
• Experience in multi-entity organizations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel ~1 week/month (up to 2 weeks during active cycles).

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration workstreams from close through full financial integration.
• Travel to acquired locations and serve as on-site Finance representative.
• Coordinate post-acquisition integration activities across Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, HR and Leadership.
• Develop integration plans, timelines and milestones for accounting transition.
• Standardize policies, controls and reporting across acquired entities.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions.
• Lead purchase accounting per ASC 805 and prep related entries.
• Support goodwill, intangibles and opening balance sheet accounting.
• Partner with external auditors during acquisitions and year-end audits.
• Drive ERP implementations and reporting improvements, with NetSuite focus.
• Build scalable accounting workflows for future acquisitions.
• Support month-end close and consolidated reporting across entities.
