Job summary

Veralto is seeking an Analyst, Corporate FP&A in Waltham, MA. You will join the Corporate FP&A team, partnering with finance, accounting, HR, and Treasury to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, forecasts, and budgeting.

The role emphasizes analytical partnership, variance analysis, headcount tracking, and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards, with a hybrid in-office work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in finance/accounting analysis with strong analytical and technical skills.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with monthly close, forecasting, budgeting with focus on automation and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and management reporting with insights into performance.
• Manage SG&A reporting, monitor spend vs budget, analyze variances.
• Support monthly close and reporting cycles with variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance packages with KPIs, risks and opportunities.
• Track headcount and assist workforce planning with HR and business leaders.
• Enhance FP&A tools, dashboards, and planning templates for accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Treasury, and operating teams for timely data delivery.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling for executive decisions.
• Support business planning, forecast updates, and projections.
• Drive automation and improvements across forecasting and reporting processes.
