Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team in a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA. You will manage global lease accounting via Lucernex, support ASC 842 calculations, and collaborate across accounting, real estate, and legal teams to ensure accurate financial disclosures.

The role also covers TECHICAL ACCOUNTING, SEC reporting support, and process enhancements. A focus on AI tools and innovative methods will be encouraged as you contribute to leadership in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting, financial reporting, and/or public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 842) and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting or auditing SEC filings such as 10-Qs and 10-Ks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator of the Lucernex lease accounting platform.
• Oversee lease calculations, liabilities, ROUs, and amortization per ASC 842.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, real estate, legal, and ops teams.
• Provide guidance on lease accounting transactions and ASC 842 application.
• Research and support complex technical accounting matters for US GAAP.
• Assist in SEC reporting and quarterly/annual filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks).
• Draft footnotes, MD&A, and other disclosures.
• Identify process improvements and system enhancement opportunities.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation.
