Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with Lymphedema specialization to evaluate, administer, and oversee evidence-based therapy services for individuals with lymphedema. Develops and updates care plans with patient and family, and acts in accordance with physician guidelines and department policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with current state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• LANA Certification or eligibility for Lymphedema Therapy.
• NBCOT certification required for Occupational Therapy or PT as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, administer, and oversee lymphedema therapy services.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with patient/family.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, patients, and caregivers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Supervise Lymphedema Therapy Services Assistant and therapy staff; provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with department policies and regulatory standards.

Education

Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (APTA approved)

Master's in Physical Therapy (APTA) or OT (AOTA)
