Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix is seeking a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist to lead lymphedema therapy services. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with physicians to improve movement and daily living activities.

Candidates must hold BLS, LANA certification or eligibility, NBCOT or OT license, and have direct MLD experience. This role offers opportunities across multiple locations with day shift options and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• MLD in direct patient care.
• BLS certification required.
• LANA Certification or eligibility to sit for exam required.
• NBCOT Occupational Therapy license required.
• Physical Therapist license required.

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized treatment plan using skilled therapy techniques and modalities.
• Provides verbal and written instructions to patients, caregivers, and family members.
• Evaluates patients and establishes measurable goals and discharge plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation in medical records and progress notes.
• Supervises Lymphedema Therapy Services Assistant and coordinates with therapy staff.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.
