Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist with expertise in lymphedema therapy for direct patient care across multiple locations in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment planning, and coordination with physicians to improve function and daily living skills for patients with lymphedema.

Qualified candidates will have a PT or OT degree, state licensure, BLS, and LANA certification or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA.
• Required Masters in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA or a Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university approved by the AOTA.
• LANA Certification or eligibility to sit for exam.
• NBCOT certification and OT/PT licensure requirements are specified in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized treatment plan using skilled therapy techniques.
• Evaluates patients and updates the plan of care with measurable goals.
• Supervises and guides therapy assistants and collaborates with physicians on discharge plans.
