Job summary

HonorHealth in Tempe is seeking a licensed occupational or physical therapist specializing in lymphedema care. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise the Lymphedema Therapy Services Assistant, and collaborate with physicians to restore function and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate/Master's in Occupational Therapy required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• BLS certification required; LANA certification preferred or required; OT/PT licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee lymphedema therapy services for patients.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care.
• Supervise Lymphedema Therapy Services Assistant and therapy staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
