Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (Required)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee evidence-based occupational or physical therapy for individuals with lymphedema.
• Develop and update plans of care with patient/family collaboration.
• Supervise Lymphedema Therapy Services Assistant and therapy staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records per standards.
• Communicate with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
