Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a licensed physical or occupational therapist to evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema. You will develop plans of care, coordinate with physicians, and supervise therapy staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy is required.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in OT/PT is preferred.
• LANA, NBCOT, and BLS certifications or eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the patient’s medical record.
• Supervises therapy assistants and coordinates with the care team.
