Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a qualified therapy professional to evaluate and oversee lymphedema care, collaborating with physicians and families. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, documentation, and coordinated care within a large Arizona health system.

Responsibilities include supervising therapy assistants, updating plans of care, and ensuring compliance with DNV/Medicare standards while maintaining exceptional patient communication and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be LANA Certified or eligible
• BLS Certification required
• NBCOT Certification or Occupational Therapy license required
• Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in lymphedema therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee evidence-based occupational or physical therapy for lymphedema patients.
• Develop and update care plans with patient/family and physician guidance.
• Supervise Lymphedema Therapy Services Assistant and other therapy staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and discharge plans; communicate with care team.
