Qualifications

• Certification in lymphedema preferred but not required.

• Licensed PT with applicable state licensure and BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Develops and adjusts plan of care with goals, treatments, outcomes, and discharge planning.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Assesses clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations and selects valid assessment methods.
• Documents according to policy and regulations.
• Collaborates with the rehab team and supervises PTA and technicians.
