Job summary

Carle Health is seeking PT/ PTA or OT candidates to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, adjusting plans of care as needed. Lymphedema certification is preferred but not required.

The role offers a sign-on bonus and flexible shifts; full-time, M-F, 8-hour days, with potential for other shift configurations. Responsibilities include developing care plans, educating patients and families, documenting findings, and collaborating with the medical team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent required.
• Licensed PT in good standing per state regulations.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design plan of care and adjust based on patient response.
• Educate patients, families, and staff using effective methods.
• Perform examinations and document findings per policy.
• Collaborate with care team and supervise PTA as assigned.
