Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a PTA, PT or OT to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, adjusting plans of care as needed. Lymphedema certification is preferred but not required. Compensation varies with licensure and may differ from the posting range.

This role offers a sign-on bonus and a full-time schedule with M-F, 8-hour days, and potential for other shifts. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and guidance within the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Lymphedema certification preferred but not required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or PT/OT credentials as applicable.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and CEU completion.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient transfers with safe body mechanics and assistive support.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
• Produces documentation in accordance with CTSCP67 and regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with the health care team and coordinates discharge planning.
