Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with current license (IDFPR).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days (AHA).
• Lymphedema certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and adjusts patient care based on progress and evidence.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
