Job summary

Paradigm at Bay City is seeking a motivated LVN/RN to join our nursing leadership team. You will supervise nursing staff, support the Director of Nursing, and ensure high-quality resident care in a compliant facility.

You will contribute to staff development, participate in audits, and help manage staffing and budgets to meet residents' needs. A current LVN/RN license and 3 years of supervisory healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LVN or RN in the state.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices for facility administration.
• Ability to communicate policies and regulations to staff, residents and families.
• Strong computer and documentation skills including use of PCM/EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing with staff development and in-services.
• Identify safety concerns and ensure patient safety across shifts.
• Ensure department compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in audits, budgeting, and staffing to meet resident needs.
