Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license as LNHA in TX required.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration or health-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory healthcare experience, long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures.
• Ability to read financial statements and manage budgets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations in compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Support department directors in policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure staff, residents, visitors follow facility policies and procedures.
• Lead staff meetings, inspections, and corrective action plans.
• Assist in recruitment of directors and staff; counsel when needed.
• Coordinate in-service training and orientation programs for staff.
• Ensure safety, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor budgets, census goals, and expenses.
