Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN RN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care in Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll perform patient assessments, develop and follow care plans, and deliver skilled nursing services with autonomy and flexibility.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas RN license, have home health or acute care experience, and possess strong communication and clinical judgment. A flexible schedule and meaningful, patient-centered work await.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (required).
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
