Job summary

Prosperity Training Center is seeking an LVN Instructor (DSD) to deliver Nurse Assistant Training in Fresno and surrounding areas, with 60 hours of theory and 100 hours of supervised clinical training.

The instructor will prepare lesson plans, supervise labs, ensure safety and compliance with CDPH/NATP curricula, and assess students for clinical placement; active CA RN/LVN license and nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active California RN or LVN license required.
• Two years of nursing experience required (RN or LVN).
• One year of experience planning, implementing, and evaluating education programs in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans aligned with course outline.
• Create and maintain a safe learning environment in classroom and clinical lab.
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to site standards.
• Provide student assessments and verify requirements before clinical placement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per CDPH/CDS policy and 4-year retention.
