Qualifications

• Graduation from an LVN program.
• Licensed to practice as LVN in the state of Texas or reciprocal via compact.
• 6–12 months LVN experience preferred.
• Experience using an electronic health record system preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Trains and supervises LVN staff as needed.
• Maintains nursing records in the EHR system.
• Monitors patient health and reports changes to RN.
• Ensures safety and quality of care across shifts.
