Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication with patients, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Administers meds and treatments; conducts rounds.
• Instructs and mentors LVN staff and directs nursing care.
• Monitors health status and documents in EHR; reports to RN/MD.
• Ensures safety, compliance and quality of care across shifts.
