Qualifications
- Graduation from LVN program.
- Licensed to practice as LVN in Texas or reciprocity.
- 6 months LVN experience preferred.
- Experience using an electronic health record system preferred.
- Background checks and pre-employment screenings required.
Responsibilities
- Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
- Supervises LVNs and provides on-the-job training.
- Trains staff on nursing procedures and protocols.
- Monitors vital signs and health status of residents.
- Documents care in the electronic health record accurately.
- Collaborates with RN and health care team on patient care.
