Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide homecare for an adult patient in Atwater, CA, with tracheostomy and ventilator support. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm, at a pay rate of $38 per hour.

LVN licensure in CA and current BLS are required. Experience of at least one year is required; hands-on training is provided. The LVN will perform skilled nursing tasks, document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
