Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Clovis, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for a pediatric patient requiring G-Tube support. The role features a night schedule (Mon and Fri, 10pm–6am) with pay at $30/hr for the first 90 days, rising to $32/hr thereafter.

Applicants must hold an LVN license in the state and have at least one year of experience. Hands-on training is provided and licensure requirements will be verified prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in the state where the LVN will practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray (provided if needed).
• Current BLS card (course offered with cost covered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
