Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Patients have gtube, trach, vent care needs with options to skills advance if interested!

As an LVN you will provide skilled nursing care on each assignment, assess signs and symptoms, and document care per prescribed orders, helping families manage complex health needs at home. Maxim offers competitive pay, benefits, and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in the state of practice (California).
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS (basic life support) certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document nursing data and diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
